Winemaking:
All 3 varietals were fermented individually. It is lightly wooded for about 7 months in 700 litre barrels. The wood add body and refines the fruit flavours of this unique white wine. Flavours of peach, apricot, and pear are evident with understones of citrus zest and honey. The wine is very well integrated with the wood which adds a bit to the mouth feel and structure. As a result the after taste will linger on for a while.
Tasting notes:
Serve with cold meats, pizzas, fish, white meats and salads. This is a terrific food wine.
